I agree with your 1st part_quickly sell and reward shareholders. Don' t think about expanding postal serivce. Instead,should reduce the scale of the sunset industrial shortly.

Singpost reit??? lol unlikely la, I think they should quickly sell the Sinpost building and look into logistic and warehousing, since they covered entire sg for mail services example working with Shoppee / Taobao etc.

Looks like moving towards asset light as well. A lot of money coming in, meanwhile market will be fighting till  more plan from the sale develope. Will need to hold a while to fully enjoy the div, it does seems like more is coming in. In term of operation, it does looks like they are working hard to cost down. Px movement collect below 0.62 looks safe entry with 9 cents div. expecting news on the sale for the 50m to be review after xd which will push it back higher. In fact if they sell and lease back  for core business only, it' s a lot of cost down given they are not expert in this area compared to reit managers, especially, you need the same kind of team member like reit to manage the building but reit will be better off as the same number of ppl manage more building and more bargain power like servicing / cleaning which is normally out sourced. Revenue seems stable for past 2 years, can set a a baseline and measure the result moving forward while waiting for special div from asset sales. Look at Singtel now 4 dollars. years back, so many dump it when they are doing something similiar. I did sold my with some profit recently, but looking to re-enter if can get at 0.620 cents, unless breakout at 0.635, I will just grab some at 0.640. recent weekly / daily shortsell wasn' t high but outstanding shortsell position is. So we never know, can burst super fast just before XD as px are moving back to pre-covid level where cost and revenue weakness start to flag out just my view, small investor so pls don' t hantum me, do your dd hor.
