Happens in some other s-chips b4, like China Hongxing with their lucrative ERKE biz, disappeared out of the exchange, investors lost millions. Then there is Sino Grandness with their vely successful popular loguat drink, also gone, now suspended. S-chip like operate under laws and regulation diff from local mkt. Then Best World aso kena, like something not according to cina' s law and regulation. Maybe those interested can look into past records and forum. We understand that the dividends declared by Jiutian in FY21 are for profits made by its Chinese subsidiary in FY20 (representing c.24% dividend payout). As with last year&rsquo s practice, we expect an interim dividend to be declared in May 2022, alongside 1Q22F results announcement (given the need for its China OpCo to first approve and distribute dividends to SG listco in its AGM). Based on 20% dividend payout assumption, we expect 1.1Scts dividend to be declared for FY22F, implying c.13% yield.

Unlike many other s which dieded, either suspended or delisted, which aso got financial cooking. Hope JT does not belong to that cat,. A bit of susp as they make so much, keep huge cash chest, will someone steal it, legally according to their s-law. An example is China Hongxing, which has multi million successful biz ERKE, but somehow went to somebody, now kongsi disappeared, all investors' shares, worth millions of dollars, all gone to smoke. Many other s-chip examples, if care to look into past forums of these suspended/delisted s-chips. But watodo, where does the profit and the hi CIH of 9.94cents go. Into their pockets maybe, otherwise keep for wat.
