x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	We have seen so many s-chips in Singapore that went bust. So far, I dont remember seeing a property counter s-chip go bust. There are problematic ones like YingLi, but I believe Yanlord does not fall into the faudulent category. To put in perspective, many of those who went under were due to fake businesses, fake products, fake factories, fake customers, fake invoices, fake cash (stolen by bosses), fake business model, fake disclosure, and faked with some famous and now very rich market players (people should know who I am referring to). But for property stocks, it is unlikely to see fake businesses, fake products, fake factories, fake customers, fake cash (this one can happen to any company, cant tell), fake business model, fake disclosure etc. They are mostly open for all to see, and for Asians who are obsessed with properties, very hard to fake a condo unit. So although I can' t vouch for Yanlord' s 100% credibility, the odds of financial shenanigans is low. I am lightly vested. Willing to wait out and see how it goes.
