x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	4 cents dividend for a 70 cents stock is quite a good deal. Expect it to go up some more. 80 cents should come easily before XD.  Holders should not sell below 80 cents, just collect dividends, afterall quite consistent past few years. Congrats in advance!

And, i expect this project is for the year 2023 (TOP). Estimate this project to bring at least 100M++ to CES. Up-to-date project schedule: 2018: Williamson Estate & Willow Apartments 2019: High Park Residence 2020: Grandeur Park Residence 2021: Fifteen85 (Tower1), Park Colonial 2022: Changi Garden (Estimation) 2023: Kampong Java (Estimation)

All of above, the market is sentence CES' the others asset as no value. That include Hotel (Alexandra Park Hotel, Maldvie Hotel, Adelaide Hotel, Perth Mandurah Hotel), Investment Properties (CES Centre, Shophouses at Tanjong Pagar & Geylang, office in Auckland, etc), and some other industrial properties.

I doubt so. Or I dare say definitely no. Maybe buying at a price a lot lower than current price. CES share price was below 70c, about 66c, when I first started buying.
