FY2014/15 likely better than 2013.. so probably dividend payout maybe slightly more.. who is vested? any insights/opinions on this?

Need to know more about the breakdown of the receivables in order to make an informed judgement. Some companies like the s chips can report huge profits but more huge receivables.
