Share buybacks, key insider purchases and dividends mark management&rsquo s confidence in its 2016 performance and beyond. While the risk of headways in the property market remains, CWG is trading at a 88.9% discount to its estimated RNAV of S$1.55/share with an estimated fair value range of S$0.37-0.57 and dividend yield of at least 5.8%

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Some observations: Recent chart pattern is quite encouraging.Today share price holding steady at $0.164. Share buy-back programme has started since 28/12/16.  200k shares were bought at $0.162 on 28/12/16 and 65k shares were bought at $0.164 on 29/12/16. The total no of shares approved  by the mandate to buy is 66,685,100 shares. Chairman & CEO Qian Jian Rong also bought from time to time. He last bought 100,000 shares at $0.165 on 28/12/16 through Sinway Investment. His total deemed interest in the company has now reached 74.87%. W170108 has stopped trading and will be delisted. Most probably there would not be any conversion as the exercise price is at $0.60 is way above the current share price. The company announced on 13/10/16 that it intended to raise US$25.3m from high net worth individuals to finance development projects in Brisbane. So far, there is no follow up announcement. In 3Q16 report, it commented that the Group project to deliver 3 major projects &ndash Suzhou Industrial Park Royal Mansion (Phase 1) and Suzhou Royal Palace (Phase 3) in Suzhou and Xuancheng Chiway Top Town (Phase 2, District D) in Xuancheng in 4Q2016. As these projects were well received by the market and all sold well, the Group is confident to be profitable for FY2016. Please note that this would be a turnaround from   the first half when it generated losses of around RMB54m.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	interestingly, since the company announced their 3Q16 results and 1c dividend policy, share price has trended downwards. present price offers som 6.3% dividend yield, looks pretty attractive. even the CFO and Chairman just bought after the share price correction at between 15-15.9c.
