I study (as in go thru again and again) Rowsley Manchester plans. I doubt they will have a dance club in St Michael' s. Because so...and so.....that' s why So, more likely they will have it in Iconic Buiding former Stock Exchange Building converted into Hote to be. With a dance club, will be very very iconic. (and think Stock Exchange Hotel Project Rowlsey & Gary and Class 92 50 : 50) |

When there was an IPO listing in HK for a " Dance Clubs Chain" , the IPO was if i didnt remember wrongly more than 300 times Oversubscribed. Big Business. Babyface Shanghai, Muse Shanghai all doing very very well. How much is one beer in Muse now ? RMB 80 or ? Long time didnt party already.

I do hope Gary and Rowsley would partner for the Dance Club or in UK they call it Nightlcub thing. Something like Privilege (in Ibiza), or Cargo (in London) , and I dont mind Zouk also Afterall, Rowsley have a division under " Hospitality" Dance Clubs business are good business.

UK SOURCES : Gary Neville has revealed plans to open a new nightclub and university next year as the Manchester United legend looks to add to his growing portfolio of interests after football The University sounds interesting as I doubt Gary alone can do it. Remember Vantage Bay Heathcare City ? Rowsley Heathcare City also planning to open a Medical University So looks like the recent business in Singapore meeting with PL as reported by ST they do discuss A LOT. |

After the morning profit taking all round........still looking good since this stock is trading near its low or below the issued shares for the recent acquisitions of 15c while other penny stocks have already traded 50% higher or more.

This lame old fart will also be played higher since other crap stocks also doing the same. This rising tide at the moment will lift all sampans.....the million dollars questions are when and how high? For that.....only BB can answer them! Or the other way the retailers to look for answers is to look at past history as a tough guide. Last time this was played up to 20c level is around this period....so the first target is 15c...then 17-18c. Peter Lim has lodged a police report against those who have made online claims linking him to get-rich-quick investment schemes.
AUG 29, 2016 " Mr Lim categorically denies that he has anything to do with the claims made in these reports. He is concerned and alarmed that his name is and continues to be used by parties with possible ill intentions to mislead unsuspecting members of the public, so he has lodged a police report,' ' the billionaire' s private office said in a media release.
