x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Will Metro divest their properties in Guangzhou and shanghai for $352m in total(valuation report)? It is a whopping $0.42 cash per share(828m shares). Given that those properties invested since 1993-94 lease left range from 13-28years, Management will be looking at unlocking shareholder values with a recent completed properties valuation done. Clues to look for in this Year 2016 Agm Egm meeting.
