After the cheapo so call takeover, APAC is now a forgotten stock, but their 1H 22 results should come in by Aug2022. APAC might still be profitable and make lots of money even with the cooling measures with their pool of agents and commissions. They might give out interim dividends. Just my thoughts. |

As of 5.30p.m, 10 June 2022, APAC REALTY FILES RESULTS OF ACQUISITION EXCERCISE NOTICE IN SGX: Managed to acquire and the Valid acceptances = 13,097,613 shares,which is 3.7%. Total that they hold is 230,263, 662 shares,which is 64.8%. | ||||

Exactly.  What a Joke for the offer of $0.57! An insult to investors' intelligence! If it goes to $0.55, will happily just snap up and accumulate to wait for it to go at least $0.8 conservatively. Pronex Shares has go as high as almost $2. ERA is 2nd largest agencies in Sg. Property market remain very resilent despite covid-19 and even after cooling measures, prices still continue to climb but at a slower pace. With the opening up of the borders, the value is much more than the proposed buy out at $0.57.

The Target Price for APAC REALTY was 0.78 to 0.88 and even 0.90 over a short span, after Covid pandemic..so what more to say that this Real Estate reit has potential past 1.00 easily..and a smug price offer of 0.57 is an insult to the intelligence of small share holders...SO DONT SELL!!! | ||||

Please do not sell when their offer letter is received today. Hope something like Singapore O&G does not happen again..people are like sheep and sell off taking a loss...losing the good potential of this stock. | ||||

Pressed until so low. heading towards $0.55. Possibly a good price entry for rebound.  delisting at $0.57 is a dream in heaven for the funds while dream in hell for remaining shareholders. Not likely to go thru for delisting.  Who knows, later suddenly rebound to 0.9..... |

All must reject this kind of takeover as it is  embarrassing.  We cannot expect a global bank to takeover a company and pay no regardless to its market price in SGX.  SGX market price seem to have no significant.
