Well it depends on individual interpretion of the announcement. For me I read profit guidance but some read it as profit warning so to each his own. Regarding share buybacks we don't know when it will suddenly happen or not but we know that their war-chest is there and if need to can be activated. Local mkt is very transparent and strict numbers don't lie. The boss collected about 4mio dividends recently no one knows if he will pump in to pick some values one day. Only he will know. | ||||

Perhaps there were rumors that they are no longer profitable or making loses. Thus, wanted to clarify that they are still profitable but fair warning that Q3 is not as strong as 1H | ||||

Local market likes transparency so you may interpret what the full text of this announcement means, it makes you guessing be it you are on the buy side or the sell side. But one thing for sure is this stock has scared away many short term contra ppl hence going forward a healthier state of stock price movements. | ||||

Finally the much anticipated news us out. Next will probably be the analyst reports and from the way the price been moving can't expect them to say much good about the latest performance but much of these events are already baked into the price at present rate. Guess the short side will try to come in from time to try choke the topside hoping that those weak holders sell so that they can continue with the program selling. Lets hope script supplies are thinning out there making them having to work harder to squeeze last last punches of blood from here from here on. Not much meat left for them going forward | ||||

Just thinking aloud why need profit guidance for volunteery financial update? Something's not right imo. Seems like a warning shot to some shareholders to take action.

Price difference is very normal. This is similar to the Korean co Pan Ocean where the price in Korea converted to sing is almost twice the SG share price. However if TW share goes up, perhaps u may use it as a reference. Beware too maybe a trap to get more into the labyrinth DYODD

Volume traded in TW tdy is also very hi at 8.6mil.compared to the last 4 weeks usually with daily trades of just 1.0+ mil. Shows TW may know something we are ignorant in sgx, that' s y their share price is 2x (67c) that of in sgx (33.5c). Hope it is an indicarion of better price to come.
