MUTUAL TERMINATION OF EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTORSHIP AGREEMENT

Pursuant to the completion of the Offer on 9 September 2025, the Board wishes to announce that the PostDisposal Group and the Disposal Group had on 10 September 2025, mutually terminated the Exclusive Distributorship Agreement, in respect of the Distribution to the United States of America and Canada with effect from 9 September 2025, and in respect of the Distribution to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines, on 31 December 2025 (the &ldquo Mutual Termination&rdquo ) and on a non-exclusive basis.
