PROFIT GUIDANCE FOR THE SIX MONTHS AND FULL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025 ' the Group expects to report a significant improvement in net profit for 2H2025 and FY2025 as compared to the corresponding period for the previous financial period and year. The improvement is mainly attributed to the stronger operating performance of the Group&rsquo s business after the commencement of the newly completed ready-mixed plant in first quarter of the year and larger production capacity in the 2H2025 as well as the recommencement of certain projects from the provision of underground cable installations and road reinstatement segment. The Group is in the process of finalising its unaudited consolidated financial results for 2H2025 and FY2025. The new cement mixing plant just started in 1H' 25. I expect the production was low due to some teething issue and 2H' 25 should see efficiency to go up. As long as the demand is still strong (which should be the case), 2H' 25 result should better than 1H' 25.

" Hence the share price spiked from 1.4c then to current price following 1H good result. Now is whether 2H result can outperform 1H already good result to sustain / re-rate current share price. |

Next month full year results. Half year results released in Aug 2026 already showed a net profit of $1.7 mil. Buy on weakness as the price has corrected from $0.03 last week to close at $0.023. Their new ready mix concrete business should do well in line with the buoyant construction industries. Their cement mixing plant started operation in early 2025, within 6 months, this plant helped to turn the company into profitable territory. The cement plant should continue to ramp in 2nd half of 2025 and push the revenue/ profit further for the entire 2025. Thus, in the next result announcement, the top and bottom lines should be good. Singapore construction is in good position for next few years, this cement plant comes in just in time to capture the huge business opportunity. Well done. 👍
