Boustead may be on track to cross $2.... Really still very undervalued... assiginning a PE of 10 (very conservative) to recurring EPS of $0.15, and just add back net cash, easily more than $2... Now still trading at ~$1.75... The geospatial business still has a lot more room to grow...(super cash cow)..

I count my dividends by calander year. So far it has been good. $0.04, $0.04, $0.055 and $0.075 respectively for 2022 2023 2024 and this year. Dividend increase in 2025 over 2024 is 36.36% and 2024' s increase over 2023 is 37.5%. Hindsight is perfect but I do wish I have bought this more when it was below $1.  | ||||

Since the beginning of 1H FY2026, the Group has secured approximately $193 million in new engineering contracts and major variations. The Group&rsquo s engineering order backlog currently stands at approximately $396 million (unrecognised project revenue remaining at the end of 1H FY2026 plus the total value of new orders secured since then), of which $122 million is under the Energy Engineering Division and $274 million is under the Real Estate Solutions Division. Although challenging business conditions continue to persist, the Group has continued to diligently pursue suitable design-and-build opportunities and has recently managed to secure a sizeable project with a contract value of over $100 million in November 2025. Another notable mention is the Group&rsquo s pursuit of the listing of UI Boustead REIT on the Singapore Exchange, as detailed in its earlier announcements in June 2025 and September 2025, and in conjunction, the Group&rsquo s proposed divestments of real estate assets into UI Boustead REIT. These proposed transactions, if completed, will allow the Group to monetise and reflect the market value of its real estate portfolio and consolidate its real estate holdings into a single vehicle, which allows for recycling of capital and redeployment of sales proceeds to further business plans. The diverse nature of the Group&rsquo s business divisions and the different territories they operate in, provide a strong base for mitigating risks associated with a single country or industry exposure. The Group leverages on this to provide more flexibility to weather industry-specific downturns and capture growth from different economic cycles. Barring unforeseen circumstances and disruptions, the Group expects to deliver satisfactory results in FY2026.    |

Boustead bags design-and-build deal for semiconductor facility
The contract comprises additions and alterations works to reconfigure an existing chip material manufacturing plant
 
[SINGAPORE]   Boustead   : F9D -2.22% announced that its engineering and construction business has won a design-and-build contract comprising additions and alterations works to reconfigure an existing semiconductor material manufacturing plant.
 
The announcement to the bourse on Friday (Nov 7) by the infrastructure-related engineering and technology group said that the engineering and construction business under Boustead Projects &ndash its real estate solutions division &ndash secured the order.
 
Boustead did not disclose contract value nor the customer&rsquo s name, and only said that the facility is near the Wafer Fab Park and Tampines Town Centre.
 
But the total value of new contracts secured since the start of FY2026, including this, is approximately S$193 million, the mainboard-listed group noted.
 
The latest order, added Boustead, is not expected to have a material impact on the profitability, earnings per share and tangible net asset value per share of the group in the financial year ending Mar 31, 2026.

There is no spin-off this time, unlike BP back in 2015. Boustead will continue to benefit from its 17% stake in UIB, which provides a steady stream of recurrent income. This approach is far better than the 2015 BP spin-off, which caused Boustead&rsquo s net income and NAV to drop post-exercise. Today, Boustead is in a much stronger position. Its net cash holdings are far higher than in 2015. On top of that, the Geo-Spatial division has more than doubled its net income since then &mdash and demand continues to surge with Smart Nation initiatives spreading across the region. Geo-Spatial solutions are effectively riding a wildfire of adoption. This time around, Boustead stands to gain in three ways:

So far their announcements on the reit stated that they will hold 20% interest in the reit and I think we as shareholders will not be getting unit of UIB. We will benefit indirectly thru earning per share from the reit' s earnings.

Already credited on 26.9.25. If you don' t have the shares, how about did you receive the dividend in cash? Or if it is under SRS/CPF then the shares/dividend cash will be credited to SRS/CPF respectively.
