The company probably borrow in SGD.  If it is so easy, we can DIY and don' t have to work a single day in our lives. Something is not right, not sustainable. The assets should yield higher than 8% for things to work. The company is paying too high a price. And the company issued perpetuals because it wants to acquire more assets. Why?
