if you dont know what it means,
it means if you have $500 mil now, based on current ying li 18 cts price, you can buy up 100% full control of the company and shares... but 500 mil, you cannot even bid for a sizeable nice plot of land in China 1st and 2nd tier cities now

after more studying the annual reports, this one is an under-valued Gem.
market cap : less than 500 mil price/book value : 0.45 + - Very focused on Chongqing (China Govt also very focused on Self Autonomous Chongqing....with all those FTZ..) cherry on top of cake : Spore Govt also focusing on Chongqing |

i think pyschologically,
many will Not Darw to buy at 18 cts BUT, when and should Ying Li reaches 20 cts, a lot will buy ...confidence thing

think airport thing not so important ...not much relation anyway...
important things are : 1. EverBright 2nd largest shareholder...in case you dunno everbright , google it think they bought the stake above 20 cts ? 2. Recent movements by China quality developers outside of China , e.g. Evergrande and Wanda in HK...all wanna move out of HK to list in China 3. Chongqing many permutations of possibilities |

2 years ago, it was 27 to 30 cts stocks, then China cooling a bit, thus Ying Li cooling also... now China property all up and revalued up, so no wonder price go up , like Yanlord |

i m going thru the website and annual reports now...
this Ying Li IFC, is it still owned by Ying Li or they sold the project ? office tenacy : DBS, Samsung, NYK, .... if still owned by Ying Li, looks good
