x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	One thing for sure, they will not allow the price to drop below rights issue price of 1.17. After 8 Dec, up or down is anybody guess. But I think it' s going to move up, as China more or less had Covid19 under control  and shoppers' traffic & spending are going back to normal. Coupled with contribution from the newly acquired properties, DPU is going to increase despite more shares been issued. We can take Jan 20 share price high of $1.68 (before Covid19 became serious) as reference. I' m not saying it will go back up to that level but surely it is worth more than current price.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yes. But market hit 1.24 only last week and today. I think no chance to sell at 1.25 and it will be less impactful to sell at current price and subscribe back at 1.17. Therefore, wait and see as I think XR the price may range around 1.15 to 1.2 fo a while. Subscribed and the price is now well below $1.42. Factor in my purchase price and dividends received ok lah but not great. This time round I will see how it goes and if the price goes up to $1.25 I will sell ALL since I already qualify for right units. I will subscribed all the rights I entitled and apply for excess equivalent to the shares I sold. I am sure there will be excess rights. I also didn' t subscribe to MLT' s rights at $1.99 and waiting for better price to buy the equivalent rights units. A bit sad didn' t pull the trigger at $1.92 before XR.

I will try to apply for 400 shares to round up to avoid any odd lots. I can' t seems to find information on how to pay for the rights subscription. Can anyone let me know how to get this done?
