An instrument that could help locate the flight recorder of the missing M'sia Airlines plane is expected to reach the search site on April 5, Malaysia says.
US naval instrument locator will arrive in Perth on Wednesday and be fitted on an Australian ship that is due in port on Friday.
" The Ocean Shield, fitted with the Towed Pinger Locater, is due to arrive in the search area on April 5." That would be just two days before the underwater locator beacons of the flight data and cockpit voice recorders are expected to run out of battery power. |

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib tonight confirmed the much feared news that flight MH370 had crashed into the Indian Ocean west off the coast of Perth, Australia. This, he said, was discovered by British satellite company Inmarsat, which adopted a never before used algorithm to calculate the last known location of the missing plane. " Using a type of analysis never used before in an investigation of this sort, they (insmarsat) have been able to shed light on the MH370's flight path. " Based on the new analysis, Inmarsat and the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) have concluded that MH370 flew along the southern corridor and its last position was in the middle of the Indian Ocean west of Perth. " This is a remote location, far from any possible landing site. " It is therefore with deep sadness and regret that I must inform you that according to this new data, flight MH370 ended in the southern Indian Ocean." Najib said more details would be revealed in a press conference  tomorrow, adding that the families of the passengers and crew on the flights had been briefed by Malaysia Airlines on this tragic outcome. |

SYDNEY/PERTH (Monday -  Reuters) - An Australian navy ship was close to finding possible debris from a missing Malaysia Airlines jetliner as a mounting number of sightings of floating objects raised hopes wreckage of the plane may soon be found. HMAS Success should reach two objects spotted by Australian military aircraft by Tuesday morning at the latest, Malaysia's govt said, offering the first chance of picking up suspected debris from the plane. Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak was due to give a press conference on latest developments at 1400 GMT, a govt official told Reuters, suggesting a possible breakthrough. " HMAS Success is on scene and is attempting to locate and recover these objects," Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott, who called his Malaysia counterpart Najib Razak to inform him of the sighting. The objects, described as a " grey or green circular object" and an " orange rectangular object" , were spotted about 2,500 km west of Perth on Monday afternoon, said Abbott, adding that three planes were also en route to the area. Neither Malaysia nor Australia gave details on the objects' size. |

U.S. Pacific command said it was sending a black box locator in case a debris field is located. The Towed Pinger Locator, which is pulled behind a vessel at slow speeds, has highly sensitive listening capability so that if the wreck site is located, it can hear the black box pinger down to a depth of about 20,000 feet (6,100 meters), Cmdr. Chris Budde, a U.S. Seventh Fleet operations officer. Australian Maritime Safety Authority's rescue coordination center said the search area was expanded from 59,000 to 68,500 square kilometers (22,800-26,400 square miles) and that two Chinese Ilyushin IL-76 planes had joined the search from Perth, increasing the number of aircraft to 10 from eight a day earlier. Tony Blinken, President Barack Obama's deputy national security adviser, said on CNN: " There is no prevailing theory." " Publicly or privately, we don't know," he said. " We're chasing down every theory." Meanwhile -- Australian aircraft spots two objects An Australian aircraft has spotted two objects, one circular and the other rectangular, during a search in the Indian Ocean. |

In the last few years, Kajang has grown tremendously thanks to various developments and projects around the city. Among some of the dense neighbouring areas are Taman Kajang Perdana, Sungai Chua, Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, Bandar Mahkota, Bandar Sungai Long and Taman Prima Saujana. Besides that, modern and luxury housing units were also built in the city such as Country Heights, Jade Hills, Twin Palms and Prima Paramount which are catered to upper working class. |

The Chinese IL-76 military aircraft made an unexpected stop at Perth International Airport before heading to its correct destination at RAAF Base Pearce outside Perth, where search and rescue operations for Flight MH370, which has been missing for two weeks, are now being coordinated. " They landed at Perth and then they landed here, RAAF Base Pearce" RAAF Corporal Janine Fabre told Reuters. U.S., New Zealand and Australian aircraft on site for three days are now being joined by those from China, Japan and India. All are here to search the zone in the Indian Ocean, more than 2,000 km (1,200 miles) southwest of Perth, where the debris was sighted by satellites six days ago. In the town of Bullsbrook, Pearce is the main air force base for Western Australia. Its main function is to train pilots for the Australian and Singapore air forces, so it does have some history in international coordination.

This may answer,,,is only 7 miles away. http://www.livescience.com/33895-human-eye.html If Earth were flat, or if you were standing atop a mountain surveying a larger-than-usual patch of the planet, you could perceive bright lights hundreds of miles distant. On a dark night, you could even see a candle flame flickering up to 30 mi. (48 km) away. How far the human eye can see depends on how many particles of light, or photons, a distant object emits. Scientists found that for study participants to perceive such a flash of light more than half the time, the subjects required between 54 and 148 photons to hit their eyeballs. Based on measurements of retinal absorption, the scientists calculated that a factor of 10 fewer photons were actually being absorbed by the participant's rod cells. Thus, the absorption of 5 to 14 photons, or, equivalently, the activation of just 5 to 14 rod cells, tells your brain you're seeing something. [Why Do We See in 3-D?] Considering the absolute threshold, the brightness of a candle flame, and the way a glowing object dims according to the square of the distance away from it, vision scientists conclude that one could make out the faint glimmer of a candle flame up to 30 miles away.

I believe what she said. Actually just ask her friends n stewardess whether this woman really told them she saw the aeroplane. If indeed, then what said high chance is true. If really the plane is there, I think families of the passengers sure fxxk Malaysia because if Malaysia provide the correct info, then still chance to save some ppls. Because Malaysia didn't provide correct info, time were wasted to search on the right side of Malaysia.

A  long-haul one such as between Jeddah and KL, the plane altitude will  have to  maintained at around 35,000ft once it is in the air," said the pilot, who wished to remain anonymous. " This is roughly seven miles above sea level. How can anyone see anything like a boat or ship on the ground from so high up?." Raja Dalelah, however, was sticking to her guns. " I know what I saw. I am convinced that I saw the aircraft. And I will not lie. I had just returned from my pilgrimage," she said. teeth53 thot - Question is the plane circling around to land? for the next four or more...six hours?. and now...A Johor housewife has claimed that she saw the stricken M'sia Airlines plane partly submerged in the waters off the Andaman islands when she was returning to KL after a pilgrimage to....." It looked like an aeroplane," said the mother of 10. " Throughout the journey, I was staring out of the window of the aircraft as I couldn't sleep during the flight. The in-flight monitor in front her showed that the aircraft was crossing the Indian Ocean. The last city on the land mass showed Chennai. " It is normal for me to look out of the window. On my first trip to Beijing two years ago, " I had seen several shipping liners and islands from my window earlier. Then, I saw the silvery object. " I took a closer look and was shocked to see what looked like the tail and wing of an aircraft on the water," she said. Raja Dalelah said she took another look and was sure it was an aircraft in the ocean.
