There are some understanding between Yanlord and its major shareholders to depress the share price so that it doesn' t rise too much. From Jan to Jul 2018, ZSJ himself has bought 33M shares to increase his stake from 68.73% to 70.11% at prices above $1.53/share. Why did he stop now when the price is so much cheaper? Assuming ZSJ launch a privatization offer now at $1.50/share (or 25% premium), it would still be cheaper than all that he has paid for in 2018. If you are already vested in Yanlord, better buy more to average down. Don' t be eaten by the big fishes.

For example, Yanlard launch 1800 units. There are 10 000 buyers gettng queue number for drawing lots. Means even have money doesnt mean you are guaranteed a purchase.
