I will accumulate more if drop below 0.33: the yield is > 9.3%, even if DPU drop another 10% (almost worst scenario), the yield is still > 8.2% in worst scenario, still good yield ! DUP drop another 20% (very unlikely), yield > 7.2%. Don' t get scared by rumours !!! |

I decided never to touch this stock after visiting the Lippo Kuta mall and realising it was devoid of customers and even the food court was basically empty at dinner time.
The new tax would take a big toll in DPS. |

never take stock analyst comments seriously ! in case of negative news, they overcut target price in case of positve news, they over inflate px. it is very hard to get one good analyst ! ʺóÖî¸ðÁÁ£¡ they are smart only post-mortem!!! they are just shit !!!

Based on the report, at $0.34, yield is 6.8%. For this counter, investors always had expected nothing less than 8% given the risks involved, it being an Indonesian REIT, etc. To get 8%, share price is $0.289, even lower than my earlier projected $0.30.
