HPR 78% of units launched sold in one wkend.  That shd dovetail to abt 60% of total development sold already.  I was optimistic that it' d sell well as the promotion was aggressive n the  affordability bait.  CES won the site after the mother of all policy tightening was introduced.  It' s bid wld have taken into account the prevailing mkt situation.  At ASP of 950 psf, n inclusive of profit from  the project' s constn,  think they cld still see decent profit of 70 - 80 mil at least.  Up next re-launch of Fulcrum.  If  sales turns out as brisk, hopefully  CES FY15 profit cld come in  > 30c/share (since Yishun development also almost fully sold already).  Fingers crossed for another round of SD which shd translate to attractive div yield 6 - 7%+, depending on amt of SD.

learnt from friends that cost  was only $0.45mil per room for CES.

4-star hotel transacted at $0.85 to $0.9mil per room. So revalulation gain is around $0.25 to $0.30.
