If Yanlord still cannot get max value from SGX, i anticipate they have another option : Delist from SGX and move to HK or China Sanya they have a nice plot of land. This is a good advantage. Once China Govt approved 2 to 3 IR licenses in Sanya, will be very big booster. Yanlord cash & equivalents : RMB 16 BIL (abt SGD 3 BIL ) diversified into Singapore markets is a good move Still CD ? 6.8 CTS per Share. Yanlord may list on 2 exchanges : 1. SGX 2. CHINA OR HK | ||||

i have been tracking. so far quarter after quarter, debt never improved. hope they do something about it.

I have always liked Yanlord. Respect the boss a lot. Just hope that it reduces its debt a bit more. The debt looks scary, but as long as China govt dont suddenly clamp down on properties, I guess should be alright. | ||||

Sometimes I just dont understand investors buying and selling habits.
This morning 1.66 to 1.69 ample time and volume to buy. But all see see look look. Now 1.75 1.76 all rushing to buy. I really dont understand . |

Yes. Interest rates will affect Yanlord. And if China introduces property cooling measures , profit margin will decline. Pros. Good results. |
