I wonder what kind of value that they are trying to enhance / deliver to their shareholders?????? tobias_i_d      ( Date: 03-Feb-2015 10:02) Posted: Thank you for writing in.   We would like to clarify that the Company launched its IPO at 26 cents a share, so the current price is less than 10% lower (as per Jan 9th) than the IPO price.   But we note your concerns and would like to reassure you that Spackman Entertainment Group is committed to the growth of the company and delivering value to our shareholders.   As you have pointed out, since Spackman&rsquo s listing in July 2014, the company has  announced a number of acquisitions: Breakfastfilm (Oct),  Noon Pictures (Nov), Fireworks Co.
