Singapore, 18 April 2016 &ndash Singapore Exchange (SGX) Mainboard listed Ying Li International Real Estate Limited (&ldquo Ying Li&rdquo or the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) is pleased to announce that it has successfully issued a US$50 million bonds to its strategic shareholder, China Everbright Limited (&ldquo CEL&rdquo ) and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank&rsquo s (&ldquo SPD Bank&rdquo ) offshore capital arm. Backed by the newly established China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity Administrative Bureau (&ldquo Chongqing-SG Administrative Bureau&rdquo ), Chongqing Administration of Foreign Exchange Chongqing Financial Affairs Office, Chongqing Operations Office of The People&rsquo s Bank of China, Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Commission, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank as the Sole Global Coordinator, this is the first offshore bond issuance since the setup of China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative On Strategic Connectivity (the &ldquo Chongqing Connectivity Initiative&rdquo ) when Singapore' s Minister in the Prime Minister' s Office Chan Chun Sing visited Chongqing on 8 Jan 2016.
