All the best for those whose shares are in transit, I hope it will be in time for trading in HK. Should definitely be higher than SG.

It also used to give sp bonus sweeteners for many years. If CEWL can give say a 2.5c yearly div, that would be 6.6% yld. Its price likely may climb to match UMS in time to come. Currently its eps for FY' 18 is 4.45, so it can well afford to give 2.5c div,taking note that the eps for' 19 could rise even higher to 5.4, as forcast by a brokerage, quoted by Fruitie. Ext: "   the Company expects to issue its prospectus in connection with the SEHK Listing on 24 April 2019 and post the same on the websites of the SEHK and the Company at www.hkexnews.hk and www.ebwater.com on 24 April 2019 respectively, and for the trading of the Shares to commence on SEHK at 9.30 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on 8 May 2019."   If that happens, it will be another step closer to D Listing. Offer price likely to be at good discount to attract subscription, and closer to closing date, counter price could be ramped up to attract heavy oversubscription. Debut day should be interesting, just opinion.

Together with my past purchase, close to 400K shares in total. Looking to divest once it goes above 40 cents or Dual listing. I may get more if it comes lower.

Guessing, if can hold for 1 month, assuming D Listing got implemented, and Q1 also cont with good result, the gain could be very attractive, imo.
