Rex last time also around 5cts..no volume. I played Rowsley, Singhaiyi and China bright what.. all RTOs.. also no volume.. 1 to 2 cts only... every night I go thru 1 stock by 1 stock and see... even if the company losing monies... also worth 2 cts at least... We call it a shell.. OEL.. the China man did not over paid for the shell.. even calculated 3 times the NAV.. why..? He saved the costs for listing.. and time.. auditor fees, prospectus, IPO placement fee. etc.. and also timing... buy shell.. change name, inject news biz.. We call RTO...
