Bought this share before consolidation of 5 to 1, waiting for a take over, till today still waiting, but now this share has grown, and giving better dividen, including interim dividen. many people place big hope on KBH @$1+ & got stucked for ~ a decade by now. Go to their AGM u can see may old uncles & aunties talking about being stucked @$1+. But 1 big consolation is their a/c can be trusted vs. some worthless S-Chips. From my past experience, this 1 will chiong to > 25c before it drop back to 10c+. This happen many times before. Vested at 18.7c, waiting to offload at 25c. NOT waiting for $1. DYODD |
