SGX Catalist-listed KLW Holdings Limited (?KLW? or collectively with its subsidiaries, the ?Group?), an investment holding company mainly engaged in door manufacturing, residential projects management and property leasing, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ambertree Vic-Mel (Flinders) Pty Ltd, has, on 21 December 2016, entered into a contract of sale (the ?Contract of Sale?) with Mill Place Investments Pty Ltd (the ?Purchaser?) for the sale of 301 Flinders Lane, Melbourne, Australia (the ?Property?) for a total cash consideration of AUD 34.20 million (the ?Disposal?). The Downtrend reversal can start from here as they slowly gather public interest with good announcements (we hope soon) FYI, In the recent market crash due to Covid, the stock did touch 0.002 . But, it is highly likely that this selling done was probably a desperate sell to raise money due to losses incurred in the crash on other geared counters . Or perhaps, Then brokerages/banks force sold them to use them to cover losses incurred by this investors as many lost big. Nevertheless, the selling was not done by any substantial shareholders, which is at least a good sign. If you check back, this Substantial shareholder Lee Han Peng have been loading up all 0.004 from time to time. Also, the Brunei prince as chairman, have also brought anotheroof his people an independent director in the audit committee. This can help deter and prevent the current management from making selfish beneficial decisions which would be the worst case scenario for KLW. Happy weekend all. Since company got good cash flow and sound business except poor leaders in management , it&rsquo s also a cheap investment at well below nav. I went in with open eyes but not just being brain washed by people in this forum. Maybe price will double up when syndicate decides to play it up , did my own due diligence so will not blame anyone making recommendation to buy. Good luck my friends !

Anyways, if you guys go to study Secura recent breakout from 0.052 to 0.085 in within 2 trading days, you will notice that they pumped and dumped recently a few times. In all stocks, if you have made up your mind to buy. Better be sure that you can hold it for at least a while because weak holders will mostly be flushed out during the first buy up contra date. Do trade with care and not blame anyone as no one can predict the stock market. But if you under fundamentals of business , some stocks are indeed much safer although it could be less volatile and take a longer time to inch up etc
