But i still dunt understand y cs needs to pay jit sun/LL.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	hedging i think. Is like buying insurance?? So he buy insurance that if one day it happens his company gets suspended, he would be able to sell his share for cash.. Like buying life insurance .. if one day he/she get serious illness or dies, he/she get  cash in return for return of the insurance policy. So if one knows he is going to die, he will go insurance and cover himself gao gao, before he goes jump.
