Just look at the data.... H2 profit fell. But Full Year profits still rose. Meaning there is still earnings growth. Which translated into dividend growth as well. Every smart business knows AI is here to stay if you want to stay ahead of the game. So AI adoption will not only grow but also grow exponentially. AI cannot operate by itself. AI need wifi to work. Not only that. AI will always need connection speed to be faster and faster and more and more broadband width. Telcos who provide broadband services will benefit from a rise in demand. SingTel being a market leader in Spore will grow faster and further than any other telco in Spore. Her dividend plus her share buyback programme which will result in less shares vying for a bigger share of the dividend pie will be a driving force for her share price. How low she will fall to in the current downmove..... I dunno. But what I do know is meat lovers are watching at the sidelines to pounce on this meat when the selling stops. As nobody knows where the low is, these meat lovers who intend to buy in bulk for long term investment are  buying in tranches. When the selling stops, these meat lovers will swoop in. Whatever price they buy at, they get a 10.3 cts discount right away. If they are traders, they can make anything from 20 cts to 40 cts. If they hold longer, they can collect the 10,3 cts dividends plus a chance to see a New High higher than $5.27. The good thing about holding this stock longer is whilst waiting for the stock to reach $7.00...$8.00 ....even $10, you can collect decent dividends of 15 cts to 18cts per year.
