I didn?t received a link but not getting anywhere. I asked and Lucid tell me t o wait and doing by batches. I cannot believe why CDP allowed this problem to persist. I strongly urge CDP to take ownership and don?t give excuses or simply keep quiet. | |||||||||

One way to check is to login to CDP internet n if u see Noble shares in your account then BACS Limited / Lucid will surely be forwarding u an activation link.

This is following msg receive from Lucid..... 1. We have emailed your activation link but for some reason you have not seen it. Please check your spam box. If nothing found, please request a new password via https://connect.fluyd.io/login/forgot-password 2. We have not yet emailed you, since we are activating accounts in batches (due to the very high number of shareholders, it is impossible to do this at once for everyone). All matched shareholders will receive their activation email by 30 August 2019. 3. You were not a holder in BACS directly on the 21st of November 2018. This means we do not recognise you and we cannot help you. Your next course of action should be to contact your custodian or prime broker who most likely was holding the shares in their name in BACS. In this case your custodian will need to go through the steps on the portal to successfully receive the NGHL shares. Upon receipt of these they can either hold them for you or they can transfer them to you directly. I used mouse, left button to click, hold and move...not happy. Can try again n again. Then took a mobile HP camera shot to capture my signature. Think oso need to used MS word to create a file (Name, adress n mobile HP nos) upload, B4 that... Need to reset password. Mail address remain un-changed...hopefully they, Lucid can recevie my e.mail.

Having your shares kept by CDP is like keeping ur $ etc in a safe deposit box in a bank. Is the bank responsible for other actions besides keeping ur $ etc safe? You will be happier if u get to know who is responsible for what n not to expect anything outside their jurisdiction.

I think there is a difference between direct buying of shares which r kept with CDP n buying as bank nominees. Lucid has to verify all ownership with CDP n the banks involved. | |||||||||

Rightfully BAAC in Singapore should coordinate the transfers. They are keeping the shareholders of the old Noble. | |||||||||

I believe the management of Noble Group HL will help to see that all holders will get their new shares. They would not want to taint their reputation for such minor things. They are on the road to recovery/ profit. This new platform, i think, allows trading of shares of privately held companies. Check out fluyd.com.io | |||||||||
