Bro ...all I can say is I saw accumulation at 40c ..I bought some around 37-39c..if mkt conditons permits... this stock should have a good run ahead because at this level still not high ..also PE low less than 5.. even mkt shaken a bit still hold quite well...

Betting on the huge demand for PPE will spur the revenue of polypropylene.

Solid Q1 earnings. Solid growth. It will be a multibagger if the growth can be sustained. With the new plant for producing PP in operation at the right time and with PP in great demand, it seems that this solid growth is sustainable. Only concern is that the boss Li Xiangping has to give solid dividend in second quarter to make value investors more willing to invest their money in the company for the long haul and he has to resume his buying spree like what he did in 2019. My average price is $0.218. Target price is $1.25 within a year. |

Agree, With a huge surge in take away food products, Sinostar will benefit from the strong demand for the raw material to make such syntheic containers. If it can achieve the same EPS of about $0.0185 per qtr, this will translate to a PE of only 5x. Hence this counter should trade at $0.80 based on 10x PE

So Sinostar products are linked to the productions of PPE. For the next 2 years, DEMAND FOR PPE will be super strong. As such, Sinostar next Qtr earning will be expected to be super strong too. Moreover, even Post Covid era, many countries will learn from Covid experience and stockpile PPE reserves for national security reasons. The outlook for SinoStar looks very optimistic. | ||||
