However at 1659 onwards price push up to $4.24 including after 5.00pm at 1704 hrs . x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Strategy is different for a trader vs an investor.      A trader cuts loss and moves on to an attractive stock to earn back what he/she lost.      The skill set is a good understanding of charting, price monitoring, plus understanding fundamental analysis thoroughly.    He  does not stay invested in a single stock for a long period of time.   An investor ignores charts and do not monitor prices at all, but has very strong fundamental analysis.  He stays on  investing in a stock for many years, like 10, 20 years maybe.   There are in between the two extremes. As I see it, SIA Enginneering could still be a good long term hold simply because it is a good biz.    As mentioned earlier, this co would not pass Benjamin Graham' s criteria for long term hold.    But my own intuition tells me it' s gonna get better ( I could be wrong), simply because oil price is falling and SIA Engineering would benefit greatly from it.    However, the trader in me would study the charts, cut and buy back when price dips to a low.    Charts can also help to spot recovery mdoes.            bishan22      ( Date: 06-Nov-2014 08:38) Posted: Profit down.
