couple of news from EFH today 1) release of shares held in escrow becos of a good performane by their shenzhen subsidiary 2) sales of 84 M shares by a ssh reducing his stake to below 5%, but strangely heis getting the shares tt were being held in escrow, as to the quantity Wu is entitled to is not known, for news 1) need to watch out for further announcements. think the mkt will react positively to 1) but not 2) see how tomorrow, todays sp is at 52 wk high. |

It is a great news ? The Board of EFH Ltd is pleased to announce that Shenzhen Xiaozhao Network Technology Co., Ltd (深 圳 市 小 钊 网 络 科 技 有 限 责 任 公 司 ), the Company?s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, has reported NPAT of approximately RMB 1.91 million for the 12-month period commencing from 22 October 2024 to 21 October 2025 (being the Earn-Out Period), and hence, the NPAT Target of RMB 0.75 million for the Earn-Out Period has been achieved with a surplus of approximately RMB 1.16 million or 154.7%. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA, an external auditor duly appointed by the Company has conducted a special audit to verify the NPAT performance for the Earn-Out Period. The 135,600,000 Earn-Out Consideration Shares currently held in escrow will accordingly be released to the Vendor?s Nominees, Mr. Yuan and Mr. Wu, pursuant to the SPA. | ||||

today traded volume is almost 38 M ( 121.9-84), and no one marked the short sell orders, simply unbelievable, 2 days later we will see whats the buy in volume by sgx. all so guai kia ar or all naked short and waiting for sgx to buy in for them, lol | ||||
