Let' s see if perennial is the buyer to swallow up united engineers and wbl. When I re read and re analysed the wearnes deal, Samling is the dark horse. Samling wrestled  Wearnes from  the other strong contestants. I am excited for this deal.  As long UEL and WBL is sold at a good price, everyone will be happy. Maybe once they annouce, they close it within a few days. Similar to wearnes take over by Samling? Which was quite sudden? Very unlikely to get anywhere by looking at the trading here at UE.....as the BB are on silence mode therefore no final rush or to pump for this, more likely to see a low volume and listless trading with prices in a ding-dong pattern. In order to make the offer price looks like with a 15-30% premium.
