As the SGX&rsquo s request was made at the close of business on Friday 24 July 2015, the Company is unable to obtain the latest shareholding statistics from its share registrar. The Company will endeavor to do so immediately when office reopens after the weekend and when it can obtain such information from its share registrar. The Company will make the relevant update announcement if there are any changes to the shareholding statistics

The Company has obtained confirmation from its controlling shareholder, Singapore Petrochemical & Energy Development Pte Ltd that its shareholding in the Company remains at 76.58% and the controlling shareholder has not sold or bought any shares since 13 March 2015 up to
the date of this announcement. The Company has also not received any notification from any substantial shareholders regarding any changes in their shareholding or percentages since 13 March 2015. Based on the latest available information available to the Company, the Company believes that the public float of the Company is atapproximately 23.42%. At least 10% of the Company&rsquo s issued ordinary shares are held by the public at all times and the Company is in compliance with Rule 723 of the SGX

sGX forcing the company to reveal details of shares changing hands! At least a step in the right direction. The company buying time said share register office closed but assured that major shareholders did not sell or buy any shares. So who is buying? Can it be they sell x amounts and buy back x amounts so that total shareholding is still the same? sGX should ask them this. | ||
