x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Maybe,... if nobody wants to buy and nobody wants to sit at the CEO position, the best thing to do would be to selloff the assets and return the funds to unitholders. Unitholders shld rally together to make this a reality. If we continue to wait and wait like this, only one party will benefit - the BOD,... and the majority shareholders too,...I think,...' cos, the time may come soon that these SSHs can then ' tear apart' the assets and salvage whatever $$$ that can be reaped.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Personally,I think Sabana will be better off opening up its options rather than narrowly focus on ESR.The sell down will be a great opportunity to buy on dip.The NAV is about 57 cents so at todays price of 0.41 is a good entry level.Honestly nothing fundamental has changed and in fact a new manager will be on board .Should be a change for the better.
