saw an agent post on his blog that Parc Botannia' s average price is 1100psf. at 1100psf, that is already 10c eps more than the 1000psf assumed in the AM Fraser report. given the current sentiment towards new launches, I think 1100psf average is way too cheap. if its 1190psf average, that will be another 10c eps (total eps from this project = 30c) haha. |

During the previous enbloc fever exactly 10 years ago, in 2007, this stock went to a high of $1.20 Now it is still dirt cheap.

the 500+ lots wall did not queue overnight. there were no overnight sell orders at 0.41 and 0.415 and a mere 112.8 lots of overnight sell orders at 0.42.

From 415 to 435, there is roughly only about 1 million shares there. A chng kay just need to spend less than half a million dollars to book all the way up. Not that costly actually comapred to his marked to market gain. Just that he is not doing it now as I suspect he has not accumulated enough. The firewrok has not started yet. | ||||

think he tried and failed. there were 123 lots of seller at 0.40 (I assume this is the " pressor" ). Then slowly withdrew and turned into buyer. by the close it turned into a 279 lot buyer at 0.40 and througout all this, nothing much done. In fact, only < 26 lots were done since 1020am, mostly at 0.40. only < 26 lots were keen to sell during the last 7 hours of the market open.
