According to a recent article i read somewhere, the Chinese are spending like there is no tomorrow. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	End of the day, I look from this angle. Should I go in, or should I leave this counter (if I' m already inside)? In China, where land is plentiful. Whenever a mall is built up, and competitors see its making money....likely they will copy and built another mall next to the original. Over there, it' s not a matter of quality because even these days their " cloning" has improved so much, that the duplicates look like originals. But with that being said, I cannot deny his performance has been decent. So 1.29/1.30 looks like a good range to buy and hold (and NOT look at price everyday).

But if Capitaland sells too cheap, then CRCT may not get it. So at the end of the day, it will be a winner curse for CRCT. Plus CRCT market cap is only $1.6 billion. To makan $33 billion is like 蛇 吞 象 , so I am just presenting an alternative view. Lots of euphoria here. For a $1.6 billion company to makan $33 billion is a lot like a RTO (reverse takeover), usually existing shareholders will be diluted until nothing . So at the end of the day, I will buy only when cheap. Won' t chase at this price.
