 Alert Admin 		I queued yty at 0.455, seeing that no chance to get at this price & amended to 0.46. Luckily filled.

Only slightly higher than price that Ah Gong paid. 

Shall keep this baby mid to longer term for dividends.

While I exited at XD to lock in the profits, I re-entered too early after that and didn' t make use of the recent bottom lows. 
But still i entered at less than Ah Gong' s price. This counter is going to be my long term holding now. Very confident now people will take notice and will not be the abandoned baby like in the last 1 month!

This company has healthy numbers. 

In May - June, price also rallied. I saw it increase 30% quietly over 6 weeks. of course nothing like Medtecs but this is very good for an SGX counter. And this is still nowhere near the 3 TPs or near anywhere of last year' s average. 

Very much undervalued.
TPs are 0.55 for 3 analysts and UOB targets 0.65. These are also outdated. 

if Ah Gong enters at 0.45, i am sure another 30% can easily reach.

The group has also completed four acquisitions in 2019 thus far, the most recent being  Volta  which serves oil and gas players in the midstream segment.

With the government&rsquo s emphasis on smart nation initiatives and the inclusion of digital defence as part of the overall Total Defence framework,Management shared that the focus for infrastructure in the near term will be on Singapore government-related projects further wins in this area will add to CSE&rsquo s growth momentum in years to come.

So,one can see this is a growth company and with Temasek coming onboard will bode well for CSE Global to expand their businesses locally and internationally.

 Alert Admin 		With many new holders at 0.48-0.49 today, this will be good support. 

next support is Ah Gong' s support at 0.45. This will be very hard to break for now.

 Alert Admin 		I doubt so. the 0.50c level is a very strong resistance historically too. It has only crossed a few times. 
Leave it to another day / week. 

Better be steady and not run too fast here.

This counter is not for trading. 

This now will have blue chip stability and not penny stock. To keep long term and for the 6% dividend. It might go to $1 in some time but not overnight. 

I just topped up my holding and average down to Ah Gong' s entry price. Ah Gong makes, I make. Ah Gong loses, I lose. Ah Gong and I are 2 souls made in heaven now. :) 

With Ah Gong backing, the likelihood of this counter to get forgotten is getting more unlikely. It  will be a stable counter. 

For trading and you want to do intra-day profit taking, go to Medtecs.

I think better sell when still making profit and this is likely a bear trap.  Each time when some news come into the market it would gap up and then we see selling to keep the price in check.  The pattern repeat itself.  Likely creating selling opportunity for existing major shareholders to offload

Many did not know CSE Global was spun off in 1985 from the engineering projects division of Chartered Electronics Industries(part of Singapore Technologies)

Serba Dinamik International, just over two years after taking a stake of around 25% in engineering firm CSE Global, has exited from the investment by selling the whole chunk to Heliconia Capital Management for the same price it paid at 45 cents each.
 
Heliconia, via the various funds it manages, bought the CSE Global shares from Serba Dinamik via a married deal. The fund management firm, a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, has asked for two board seats: one for Lim How Teck, chairman of Heliconia and Derek Lau, Heliconia&rsquo s CEO. 
Serba Dinamik, a Malaysian engineering firm, is now represented on CSE Global&rsquo s board by Dato Karim, group managing director and deputy chairman of Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd. He sits on CSE Global&rsquo s board as its deputy chairman.
 
Syed Nazim Bin Syed Faisal, the former chief financial officer of Serba Dinamik, sits on CSE Global&rsquo s board as non-executive and non-independent director. Earlier in the day, Serba Dinamik announced that Azhan Azmi, previously the group financial controller, has been promoted to the CFO job. Syed Nazim, meanwhile, has been made a non-independent executive director.
 
CSE Global&rsquo s nominating committee is reviewing Heliconia&rsquo s request.
 
&ldquo The Group will be in a stronger position to expand our businesses both in the Singapore and overseas markets with a strong institutional shareholder base,&rdquo says Lim Boon Kheng, CEO of CSE Global.
 
&ldquo CSE has done well building up a suite of engineering capabilities and integrated solutions that are highly sought after by their customers executing high value, mission critical projects around the world,&rdquo says Lau, Heliconia&rsquo s CEO.

As at end March 2020, its order book was $302.7 million, up 66.9% y-o-y.
