The Company wishes to highlight to Shareholders and other investors that the Listing Date mentioned above is indicative only, as the SEHK Listing is still subject to the Company obtaining the approval in-principle of the SEHK for the SEHK Listing (&ldquo AIP&rdquo ), and thereafter, the fulfilment of certain conditions under the AIP, including the granting of the final approval for the listing of, and permission to deal in, the Shares on the Main Board of the SEHK by the listing committee of the SEHK. There is no assurance that the AIP will be obtained, or that the final approval for the SEHK Listing will be granted. Shd thank the BBs for suppressing the price so u can buy it cheap. Likely they are patiently forcing weak holders to sell to them. If your time frame is 10 years with monthly add-on investment for early retirement, think u made a good choice. Kongsi made good profit yr after yr. Currently gives ard 3% annual div which will likely grow. Better than any bank FD in Spore. Not forgetting under SOE umbrella, so loan interest likely low. Also kongsi going for dual listing, application resubmitted on 26 Feb. This time likely to get, imo. That would be another venue to leverage buy and sell. The opport of higher valuation by the HK exch is a real possibility. So cheers!

True. I just throw in 1k per month regardless go up or down. Screw those bb who manipulate the price downwards using algo in order to buy cheaply.
As long as the PRC government don't mess up this company, 10 years from now this counter confirm plus chop able make us retire early lah! |

Half cent div on the way, last day entitlement on 17/4, ie 2 weeks from today. Yearly div yld about 3%, better than FD of any bank. |

At current priceing, seems worth to buy mid term, for div in may, and for dual listing wait. Annual div shd be ard 3%, far better than banks' FD interest rate, not forgetting kongsi has been making good profit almost year after year. Dual listing is a matter of time, imo, within another 6 mths, my guess. Likely a collector' s item by the BBs as u commented.
