x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	due to the new mtp ruling i believe, all mainboard stocks below $0.20 undergoes a mtp watchlist after a 1 year grace time. not just the 40m cap status. chasen seems to be past the 40m cap status. Meanwhile, companies that fail to comply with the MTP by Feb 28, 2019, could be delisted or have the option to transfer to the Catalist board, where there is no MTP.  so if they don' t do consolidation but that time, they can choose to downgrade to the catalist board but it won' t be easy anyway.

When the company NAV is at 18 cents since a year ago their management seems to take pride having their share price struggling around 2 to 5 cents for months.
