Let' s hope it really moves. So many counter prices seem to be stagnant in this mkt. Anyway agree with u that this is one company that take care of shareholders. They really do.

1.2 is definitely possible. I am in it for the long run. The company is in good shape with ample cash flow and ample order book. It was also mentioned that the Doncaster Project in Melbourne was launched in January 2015( it is selling quite well). The 8 bouverie site is also expected to reap in a handsome profit. Most analyst actually did not factor in the Austrilia investments or has heavily discounted it.

Div yield is 6%+, based on today' s closing px. If mkt is confortable with 5%, CES cld chiong closer to 1.2. Looking at the way Hock Lian Seng, another stable dividend paying construction co, chiong so hiong recently, may be possible for CES to appreciate another 20%.

Yep, kind of disappointing. However, even when they don' t do so well, they consistently pay 4c. So, with this kind of retained earnings, we can look forward to 4c for the foreseeable future. Who knows, next yr, they may continue to give 6. Anyway, congrats to those who had predicted a PE of 2-2.5. PE actually came in at 2.19, based on today' s closing px. Great, great result. Hope tmr px chiong > 1.

not bad already considered every year 4cents lol.. their order book now is like only 600mil+.. think hard to reciprocate same results next year.. not vested, just popping by.. congrats to all vested:)

Yes, we are all expecting a super bumper profit. My thought is PE of 2 seems very optimistic. My guesstimate is PE of around 3, based on closing px of 95c. Likely to have special dividend too. I' d put div at 6c (4+2 sp).

CES posting full year result in 2 days. This is a record profit year, bringing PE to between 2 - 2.5x. Undervalued gem. |

Expect new mgt to spearhead to greater heights and c it can consider to streamline its construction and property dev into different entities. Expect huge exceptional profits from its soon to be TOP alexandra central which its retail portion is sold for ave $6000+ psf while its ave cost ppr is < 1k psf. | ||||

Thanks for the piece of good news. CES is a real gem, that' s greatly undervalued due to the overly conservative analyst reports out there. NRA capital completely ignored the value of their Australian developments due to " overseas risks" . And then slapped on a hefty 40% discount on RNAV. And still the target price was over a dollar. Well, now all these " ignored potentials" are starting to be revealed, and would be seen by the investing community/ analysts as surprises
