Coz it' s Ah Chai waiting to buy up all the shares!    hehe.      He waited for this moment to come back. Joker is collecting now so he can get control of UE. This is the " trick" I was talking about lor!              But you know what?            He will still need to absorb the remaining shares in the mkt after he has bought OCBC' s stake in UE. Which means the UE shares are going to be worth a lot more since there are fewer shares as Ah Chai has bought up frm the mkt.  Therefore, Ah Chai can afford to pay a higher price to the remaining UE shareholders.  My suggestion is to keep your UE shares.  Don' t sell out to Ah Chai now.      Get $4 at least from him.          Don' t be tricked or get panicky because of the mkt conditions.  Ah Chai is aiming at your shares, just stay cool, ride out the waves and collect  the $4.00.
