This even without any other positive developments which we are not even aware of yet. Of the $70 millions, about $40 millions from Robinson Tower. Next year Robinson Tower has additional gain (Developer Profit) about $60 millions. More good news to come in 2018.

Almost there but Was hoping they would reach the top by end 2017 but looks like they have a bit more to go. On the positive note, I noticed that TOP on the side boarding says TOP in Q3 2018, so an early Christmas present may be coming. I will factor this into my price target and dates for TS.
