but coming year maybe dividend will drop back to 1c (which is still ok) since the new launch is only at the end of the year.

But one thing about this stock. It is moving to more sustainable recurring income type of property investment, and only bid for projects if the price is reasonable. So dividend should be quite sustainable. Maybe thats the reason why it raised its dividend to 1.375 cents this year. |

This stock not for trading. Very boring. Dividend is decent, but not great. However, quite safe. I never had to worry CEO Lee Sze Hao will sabo me or the company.

Singapore is a Mickey Mouse market. Genuine buyers are like small small, very kiasi type (with some exceptions of course). The rest are chng kays controlled stocks. Very dull. |

In Singapore, there is a lack of GENUINE investors, especially local funds. So Azure Capital will give some needed support to local stocks. The rest are hedge funds and local contra punters. Zero sum game. |

There was an article in business times on Azure Capital on 8th April. He is backed by the 2 controlling shareholders of Oxley and other investors with a total of $100m. He said he had deployed < $50m and mentioned Sing Holdings as one of his targets.

that' s good advice! but for me, its just more watching lol. collected a long time ago and have enough shares and definitely unwilling to sell any shares at this price. :) cheap thrill excitement. but i do know of some friends who are trading it (and complaining its too slow haha).

that day there was this 1.4m SELL queue at 0.355. some people panicked and sold at 0.35 but the buyer kept returning and 0.345 was never touched. ultimately, the entire 1.4m queue was cleared out and the stock moved back up.

Goldman Sachs is a good counterparty name to be used to strike fear or instill confidence in the market. So whenever I see GS name, I am happy, because it means that there is a play soon. But only just starting ....You do what you need to do, be it buying or selling. Dont let GS name affect your decision.
