UE& C sale has been approved by shareholders...although the sale price was questioned by some shareholders as too low....still there was a vote of 99% for n 1% against... 1 shareholder asked the board if there will be a special dividend....the chairman is not at liberty to answer that question...however chairman said that he is a shareholder too but he has to do what is in the best interest for the company and other shareholders...but he has noted on this point
