Is it really like $7?  Windfall will be a lot higher if it is so.  Trust the UE board, experienced corporate finance honchos!        Ah Chai buys, price can spiral up.      If UE board sells off the China properties, price will also spiral up. If Ah Chai takes over, the game is over for them.  Ah Chai has his own trusted lefttenants, don need Oxford or Cambridge scholars to carry out instructions.
