A good counter with low trading volume, and no or few analyst coverage. Last close at $0.585, quite close to historic low. EPS for 4Q13 = 2.0 cents EPS for FY13 = 4.8cent, giving PE = 12.2x Dividend = 2.5 cents, or a dividend yield of 4.3% NAV = 83 cents or a Book Value of 0.705x |

With experience investor like halleluyah joining..i believe pec got a very good prospect ...there is an increase in.activities in jurong island by shell...hope pec able to benefit from..result our next month with dividen..hope mgt give more dividen to us rather keep a big pile in bank | ||

Fy result out in three months time..should be better than last year...usual 3 cents dividen should be no issue...hope mgt can give more to shareholders since they got lots of cash and do nothing much...rather putting 100millions in bank..distribute 50millions to us and each will get around twenty cents | ||

Cash rich company...but seems mgt not doing anything with the money...only keep on telling shareholders they are rich..
.hope they will buy some good co with the money and expand from there..grease distribute the money to shareholders....I will keep the stock for fy result |

Cash on hand $0.465..nta 82cents.. revenue around $480millions dollars ..a counter retreat from.it high of $1.37 to current $0.71 due to margin squeeze for epc contractors last year..I just picked up some.last Friday after.my broker called.say this counter yet to move and maybe bottom up liao ..q1 in 2013 .eps is 1.3cents is thirty higher than 2012 and divided yield is 3.5percent..invest for mid term for capital gain and dividen. | ||
