Citicode shareholders were not on same playing field with Livingstone as Livingstone shareholders were issued at 60% discount at $0.20. For Artivision/MC Payment RTO, MC Payment new shareholders are issued $0.525 per shares, Artivision shareholders are at same playing field with new MC Payment shareholders. I am not sure why there is a need of patience sell. Anw i am sure everybody will do your own due D
