The board of directors (&ldquo Board&rdquo or &ldquo Directors&rdquo ) of VibroPower Corporation Limited (&ldquo Company&rdquo and, together with its subsidiaries, &ldquo Group&rdquo ) refer to the Company' s announcement dated 28 September 2020 (the " Announcement" ) relating to, inter alia, the completion of upgrading work by the Company' s wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanxi Weineng Coal Mine Gas Development Co., Ltd. (" Shanxi Weineng" ). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings ascribed to them in the Announcement. The Board is pleased to announce that Shanxi Weineng has successfully completed the 168 hours endurance test in respect of the three additional generators which had commenced at 10am, 28 September 2020. Upon successful completion of the endurance test, Shanxi Weineng can commence billing for electricity supplied by the three generators. The coal mine owner has also requested that Shanxi Weineng continue to increase the capacity of the power plant to complement the increase in their supply of gas to Shanxi Weineng. The Group will continue to work closely with the coal mine owner at the earliest opportunity and will keep the Company' s shareholders updated of any further material developments relating to the above. The Company expects the increased electricity supply by the three additional generators to have a positive impact on the financial position of the Group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2020.
